Apple, WTF?

Well, Emily and I are now both in possession of iPhone 3G's, but it doesn't mean a whole lot, as Apple's servers can't handle the hordes of folks who are trying to activate their phones.
Dear Steve: Please spend as much time being concerned about the engineering that goes on behind the scenes as you are about the rest of the user experience. This is completely, 100%, unacceptable.
